Businesses around the world can post projects on Geeklance requesting logo, Web or graphic design ideas or services and then Geeklancers (graduate/undergraduate university graphics design students) around the world, will submit their creative ideas and designs for the client to review and pick a winning design of their choice. Posted jobs are competed for in an iterative exchange with the client, with the winner getting the commission, but several runners-up also rewarded for their input.
